Terms of Use
Effective July 17, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and the customer portal. Please read them — using the site means you accept them.
Estimates are not fixed prices
The instant estimate on this site is a ballpark, calculated from the answers you give. It is not an offer, a bid, or a contract. Real prices depend on things a form cannot see — the condition of the subfloor, how the material meets your walls, access to the room, and what we find once work starts.
A written estimate we send you is a real quote for the work it describes. It is valid until the date printed on it, and it can change if the scope changes or if we find conditions that were not visible when we quoted. We will tell you before doing work that costs more than what you approved.
Accepting an estimate
When you press Accept on an estimate in the portal, that is your signature: it is an electronic record of your agreement to the work and the price on that document, and it has the same effect as signing on paper. We record the date and time. If you would rather sign on paper, say so and we will bring one.
Accepting an estimate does not schedule the work by itself. We will contact you to agree on dates.
Your account
- Give us accurate contact information, and keep it current — we use it to reach you about your job.
- Your password is yours to protect. Tell us right away if you think someone else has it.
- You can close your account at any time from My Account. Your job records and invoices stay with us — we are required to keep business records — but your login is removed.
- We may suspend an account that is used to abuse, threaten, or defraud us or anyone else.
Messages
The portal chat is for your job. Messages are translated automatically between English and Spanish so both sides can read them, and you can always see the original. Keep a copy of anything that matters to you; we may remove messages that are abusive or unlawful.
By giving us your email or phone number you agree that we may use them to reach you about your request, your estimates, and your job. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing blasts.
Payment
Invoices are payable as written on the invoice. This website does not take card payments — we record payments you make to us directly, by cash, check, or transfer, and the portal shows you what has been credited and what is still owed. Never send payment to an account you were told about only by email; call us at the number below to confirm.
Photos of our work
The photos in our gallery are of work we have done. They show finished rooms, not the people who live in them, and they are not labelled with anyone's name or address. If a photo of your home is in our gallery and you would rather it were not, tell us and we will take it down.
The site itself — our name, logo, text, and photographs — belongs to us. Please don't copy it for your own business.
What we don't promise
We stand behind the work we do for you. This website is a different thing: it is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the workmanship of a job you hired us to do, or any warranty stated in your estimate or invoice, or anything that cannot be limited under Florida law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. If you keep using the site afterwards, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
